Amazing sleight of hand: How Break Wind's sewer tap-in waivers are calming traffic on Spring Street.

Just watch how effective a narrower path can be, as those cars and trucks normally barreling down I-Spring Street slow down; alas, it's only temporary.

A key element of City Hall's crony corporate welfare handout to Flaherty and Collins (the developers) was the awarding of unprecedented sewer tap-in waivers to the Break Wind Lofts at Duggins Flats, and for a few days some of the primary work is being done, resulting in the inadvertent traffic calming.

Of course, don't mention it to City Hall. They'd just deny traffic was being calmed, since acknowledging this fact openly would imply it wasn't calm previously. In turn, this would call into question ruling elite mythology stretching back to a point predating Warren Nash's crushing defeat in 1975.

Next stop: Forever Orwellian Nawbany.
