I've seen one of those- stuck to a public road sign denoting a firehouse. Does vandalism count as campaigning and would anyone vote for someone who thinks it does?

Sorry, NAC. I'm not too proud to admit that lob passes occasionally hit me in the back of the head.
My beloved points out that vandalism of public structures is often an initiation ritual for prospective gang members. Gosh, only a "powerful woman" could rein in such anti-social conduct.
