Spring equinox: Bank Street Brewhouse opens today at noon for beers, Earth Friends and music.

Last night, Bank Street Brewhouse posted this update from Stacie Bale. Here's what I know about the reopening today.

  • The day begins at noon with beers of proven merit.
  • "Soft" Earth Friends food opening at 3 p.m. (see menu notes below).
  • Bands begin (above) at 6 p.m.

Think of it as a qualitative easing.

(Friday) EFC@BSB will have a soft opening . We will be serving a limited menu consisting of wraps through the weekend. It's a great day to come check out the newly renovated space - it's the first day of spring, IU playing at 2:45, and, of course, lots of NABC beer on tap! On the menu - buffalo tempeh wrap, spicy black bean wrap, falafel wrap, chicken pesto - and more. Earth Friends Cafe is happy to be back home in New Albany! ~Stacie
