Here's your chance to peacefully protest Mike Pence, today, in Jeffersonville.

Let's not forget Ron Grooms' enthusiastic support of Pence.
The following was blasted last evening.

---

Governor Mike Pence has been running rampant for far too long, leaving a wake of discriminatory and damaging legislation that penalize the LGBT+ communities and women. While these groups in particular have been targeted, make no mistake, his actions have been destructive to all Hoosiers. We all lose when Indiana is made to look backwards and bigoted by national reputation. It's time to remind the country that Indiana stands for equality - Governor Pence needs to step aside.

Matthew Tully of the IndyStar wrote last month of Pence's egregious missteps, "Last year, he dealt his state a tremendous blow by signing a Religious Freedom law that was at its core a piece of state-authorized discrimination. The ripple effects of that law, economic and otherwise, will be felt for years...too often, the stench of Pence's 12 years as a partisan social-issues champion in Congress has polluted everything else he's done as governor. Time and again, he has committed the one foul a governor should never commit: He has recklessly hurt his state despite knowing his actions would do so."

Southern Indiana - we have a chance to make our voices heard. If you have had enough of Mike Pence's politics, then please join us tomorrow on Friday, May 13th, for a peaceful protest. We will be meeting at the Big Four Bridge Park in Jeffersonville at around 3:40-3:45 and it will probably last about an hour. If you have questions or need more info you can follow up with Dustin Collins at dstn.cllns@ gmail.com. We hope to see you there!
