Amen, Brother Nick.

A more deadly accurate parting assessment is difficult to imagine.

In today's Director retires from development nonprofits; Nick Cortolillo ran Develop New Albany for 9 years, reporter Eric Scott Campbell of the New Albany Tribune writes:

In a statement from Develop New Albany, Cortolillo, a Floyds Knobs resident, said he hoped Scribner Place would be seen through to completion and that local leaders would find common ground.

Some of our leaders seem to be good at seeing what can’t be done and seem to find it difficult to work together. Think about the cities that you enjoy visiting and spending time in,” Cortolillo asked. “That sense of place, that vibrant atmosphere didn’t just happen. It was planned and executed by visionary leaders.”

Do you think our Siamese Councilmen read the newspaper?
