New Albany is a state of mind … but whose? Since 2004, we’ve been observing the contemporary scene in this slowly awakening old river town. If it’s true that a pre-digital stopped clock is right twice a day, when will New Albany learn to tell time?

Precinct 41 @ 6:45, I was the 12th voter. No one right before me and no one right after me.
After being almost entirely absent from the campaign(except for signs)Oakley was outside. He shook my hand and ID'ed himself. Afraid that I wasn't very polite. Took the offered hand, kept walking to door and said, "Too little, too late."
Scott Blair came knocking on our door last evening. Very nice man with a great educational and work experience background. I wish he would have ran in the At Large race. Would have been an easy choice.
Took the kids into school, then went to the gym and voted. Was number 50.
I truly hate having to walk through the campaigners outside, and it must have shown...not a one of them tried to talk to me.
I voted seven times today, and each time I felt my vote mattered more.
