Good News for New Albany Neighborhoods
Great news for residents of East Spring Street and S. Ellen Jones neighborhoods.
Members from each respective neighborhood have been invited to attend the Community Leadership Institute in Milwaukee, Oct 15-18. This is an invitation only training event that aims to strengthen the voices and skills of community, resident, and volunteer leaders.
The New Albany Team: Ted Fulmore, Susan Kaempfer, Andy Terrell, Pastor Allen Colwell, Mike Ladd, Jeff Gillenwater, Lisa Thompson, and Tom Johnson.

Congratulations to this group of folks for both receiving and taking advantage of this opportunity!
Also thanks to Ted and the others as well for their perserverance in the ongoing effort to put the importance of neighborhoods out front for the world to see!
Infrastructure and real estate are imperative assets to draw business to a community but neighborhoods are where people live, work, & play.
Without them the rest is mute!
Definately congrats are in order!
It's an excellent group that's heading to the Institute--all hard working New Albany advocates. I'm certain they'll be bringing back beneficial info. And good news on the grant, too.
What, no beer chaperone.
We don't need any chaperones, Ted's responsible enough for all of us...well, at least myself and Bluegill...
