A small portion of it actually pertains to stormwater.
Six years after the last edition, what now is being referred to as the "first" edition of the Stormwater News was mailed to residents in December. I can't find it anywhere on-line, but the tactile edition is slick and glossy. There are no production credits. However, there are updates about the mayor, the parks system, the East Main Street semi-trailer diversion project, and one or two grudging mentions of stormwater, including a note by the director, urging New Albanians to keep things clean.

For Mr. gahan's information, the original stormwater board produced the first newsletter under contract with FSM Engineers, sorry Jeffy ole boy but you cant take credit for something you didn't create.
AS to preaching to residents to keep their yard waste is garbage bags, why does the city still play the role of enabler and allow residents to sweep their leaves out to the streets in the Fall? I am sssuming this still goes on, can someone enlighten me on this?
Scores of folks simply blow their leaves and their yard waste generated by mowing their lawns right into the street. "City'll take care of it - it's not my problem, really."
huge piles of leaves in the streets obstructing drainage yeh that is ok isn't it?
