On Friday, Matt Nash devoted his column to vicious attacks on MY councilman, all of which were entirely true, and therefore not vicious at all. In this wonderful seasonal spirit of revelation, kindly permit me to paraphrase a tweet from a friend:
Constituent 1: "Is this councilman a disgrace?"
Constituent 2: "We're in New Albany."
Constituent 1: "Right."
Constituent 2: "No, wrong."
Constituent 1: "Is this councilman a disgrace?"

NASH: 3rd District deserves better
... It is very clear that Mr. Price does not understand the significance of the Historic Preservation Commission. Worse than that, he refuses to try to understand what they do or what they stand for. It is this closed mindedness that is not needed on this council and hopefully will be rectified with next year’s election. The 3rd District deserves someone that is willing to take the time to understand what will make New Albany great now, and in the future.
