He's come out for pawn shops.

I find it utterly ridiculous that this issue(pawn shop)has been on the Council's agenda now for 6 different times. It has been tabled 3 times and is now up(again)for the 3rd and final reading.
In the course of one year, there are 24 regularly scheduled Council meetings. This issue will have been on 25% of Council's agendas. Surely there are bigger and better issues that the Council needs to be dealing with.
