Having tried to eat there a couple times previously, I'm happy to learn of the extended hours, too.
I guess I'll wave to Brandon from the other end of the joint.
Federal Hill Cafe does have smoking and non-smoking sections, as I recall being asked when entering.
Federal Hill Cafe is a real gem for downtown NA. The food is great and reasonably priced.
