Trust me: You are going to be amazed by the numbers. Investigative journalism surely does exist in this town. You merely must know where to look for it.

We must assume, by default, that the NAPD (or its masters) cannot discern any need to enforce the ordinances promulgated to regulate motor vehicle speeds on New Albany’s streets.
