Just move it inside.

At the second edition of the Bloomington Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, June 9, the action shifted from outdoor tents to the cavernous expanse of the old limestone quarry's main building, which looks as though it was lifted from a Pink Floyd album cover.

The festival itself probably doubled in size from 2011, which bodes well for its future. Moreover, it was persuasive evidence of the possibilities of adaptive reuse. The building might not be usable for much else at this point, and maybe it never will be, but it was a roomy, cool place to stage a beer event.
