Both NABC locations open for business.

As of 12:30 p.m., we're up and running. All the employees were not able to make it to Grant Line, but Kate reports that things are okay. There was a bit of water leakage (an ongoing issue) at Bank Street, but nothing major.

NABC: Yes, we're open.

I'm not sure exactly what time it happened but, as of 6:15 or so, I can confirm that NABC is open. I can also confirm that I'll be there in the next few minutes. Save the Highwayman and I a seat, will ya?
