Whatever happened to the Main Street Preservation Association's Small Area Plan?

Ten and a half years ago ...

Ideas, issues and brainstorming at MSPA's Small Area Plan kickoff.

Last evening at the Grand Convention Center, the Main Street Preservation Association hosted a kickoff evening designed to gather ideas and strategies toward a Small Area Plan for the Mansion Row Historic District.
I dimly recall seeing a copy of this plan. Whether it was a draft or actually approved, I can't tell you, although much later, when the Main Street "Improvement" Project got underway, one of the project's backers explained to me that after all, beautification was stipulated in the Small Area Plan, and therefore perfectly legitimate.

Does anyone know where I might obtain a copy of this plan, if in fact it exists?

Neighborhood clean-up Saturday morning, April 26.

From ESNA:

This is a reminder that the East Spring Street Neighborhood Association, S. Ellen Jones Neighborhood Association and Main Street Preservation Association will hold their neighborhood clean-up tomorrow morning, Saturday the 26th. There will be a dumpster located at the corner of 11th and Spring.

Please come and meet at the corner of 11th and Spring at 10:00 a.m. to meet with Mayor England, city workers who will be helping and for donuts and juice!

If you have a neighborhood association shirt please wear it. Bring any addresses you want to bring to the attention of city officials with you as well.

Thanks for doing your part to help keep our neighborhoods and city beautiful!
