Steve Price just announced that he saw all of it coming, and that he knew it all along, and that he even told it to former Mayor Gardner ... except, of course, after five years on the council, Price still doesn't say "Garner" -- but pardon, I'm missing an anti-union screed from my uncouncilman.
(pause)
Price wants people to know about the have-nots. It always sounds like he's talking about himself, although the LLCs might differ. Mayor England now is responding, and the gist of it is "tough times."
England: "We're going to make this thing happen."
