The New Albanian said...: Richard, in short, you missed CM Kochert losing control of the meeting; an utter lack of communication between various entities over the fire pay committee; CM Coffey being given information (by Mr. Laduke) that the former so resented hearing that he attacked the messenger; CM Price insisting he be given credit for cleanliness -- in short, another vivid display of dysfunction made even less appealing by the election year angle.

I may or may not have time to comment further; Thursday's are always tough meeting nights because of the busy weekend coming.
