The Exchange pub + kitchen will host an Old Forester Single Barrel Selection pairing dinner on Thursday, January 21.

On January 21, Exchange pub + kitchen launches its Old Forester Single Barrel bourbon, with a special bourbon-themed dinner and ample quality time with Master Distiller Chris Morris of Brown-Forman.

Needless to say, this isn't an everyday occurrence in New Albany, and I'm looking forward to attending.

I chatted with Ian earlier today, and places at the table remain available, though not many. The press release has the details, and it printed below, though first: What is the Old Forester Single Barrel program?

The Old Forester Single Barrel program is a private selection program in which retailers and groups can select and purchase full barrels of bourbon and have them bottled for their customers at 90 proof.

Take it away, Ian Hall.
