Tribune's Steve Kozarovich at Destinations Booksellers, tonight.

Straight from the Destinations Booksellers e-news briefing:

Events for this week include a conversation with New Albany Tribune Publisher Steve Kozarovich on Tuesday, Feb. 23rd at 6:00 p.m. He'll sit down with Randy Smith to discuss newspaper coverage of local events.
Will this be recorded? I have a previous obligation this evening and will not be able to attend.

  2. If there is a need to record this and no one else is available, I may be able to help out with enough advanced notice.

Just shoot me an email from my blogger profile.

  3. sounds like a campaign rally for Englands sewer rate hikes to me, why at Destinations? The Library would be a neutral site

  5. EW can pack more unfounded innuendo in a column inch than the Potty Police can in a cubic yard of effluent.

  6. Since I'm the one who sets events at Destinations and Mr. Kozarovich was invited to do this well over a month ago, your accusation is pointless. It certainly isn't politically motivated. If the events I'm working on were, then I guess I'm a social conservative as well since I've got GOP'ers Todd Young and Mike Sodrel coming for events in the next 6-8 weeks as well as other Republicans.

The above deleted comment was mine, however I posted it on a computer at work without realizing Randy was logged onto it.

  7. why thank you roger having once been a bona fide Tribune correspondant I will take that as a compliment.

Rather than innuenedo though I prefer the phrase prima facie evidence and since Destinations seems to be a vocal supporter of England's sewer rate request and apparently so does The Tribune and public opinion is working against both, I would say this appears to be a political tactic but what do I know I am not a guest columnist for the Tribune now am I?

  8. It is pretty impressive. Even Ed Clere takes the whole ad space.

  9. but what do I know I am not a guest columnist for the Tribune now am I?

Have Dave Matthews pay out the way Mayor England does, and ... oops, I wasn't supposed to say that out loud, was I?

  11. Eco,
You are so far off base. I can see now why EastEnder threw you out of SOLNA.

  12. Almost 45 minutes in, no balloons or confetti, no mayor, no chanting for higher sewer rates...this is no way to hold a supposed pep rally!
