Did the sewer rate increase pay for this campaign advertisement?

I asked only because our immediate assumption about the Christmas card address list is that it originates with municipal utilities (sewer) billing. To me, it's misuse of the mailing list.
We received one and we don't live in the city limits. Can't even vote for mayor!

ReplyDeleteActually we do own a house that my son lives in within the city limits so yes, but not where we live off Chapel Lane.
