Oops, ESNA's done it again ... with this intriguing instance of neighborhood placemaking.
Sight lines from two-way streets should make the persistent neglect of this critical neighborhood corner even more noticeable to the general public, although in fairness, the 2012-vintage vinyl siding was a vastly overdue improvement.
