Proposed city council resolution urges public support for the New Albany-Floyd County School referendum.
Two Republicans are introducing it, and the mayor already has administered a one-man group hug to the ever-unctuous Bruce Hibbard.
I believe the fix is quite firmly in place. Dan Coffey's probably a "no," and Scott Blair tends to dismiss the veracity of resolutions.
Seven to one, with one abstention? The meeting is this Thursday, July 21.
