At least the "Heavy Hitter" has a sense of trucking humor.

You may recall that in early in 2015, the ubiquitous Darryl Isaacs was struck while bicycling in Louisville. Naturally, no charges were filed against the youthful Hoosier driver of the vehicle.

In this recent update, we learn that "ambulance chasing" is a wasted exercise. Rather, pursuing insurance companies is the trick.

It makes me wonder whether there might be a class action lawsuit against cities for failing to provide safe streets for all users. Probably not, but a boy can dream.
