Problem drinking escalates in NA's 2nd council district.
Mr. Caesar has been consistent with his "one way" thinking of "my way or the highway." You at least know where he stands.
Mr. Stumler puzzles me. You would think that he would be for "two way". He seems to like it both ways. 4 years ago he ran for Mayor as a Democrat and now he is running for Council as a Republican. He stands...uh...eh, I'm not sure.
