Tonight at Bridge Liquors, a 50 year anniversary celebration.

I distinctly recall trying (and failing) to get served at Bridge Liquors when I was about 17, in route to the old New Albany Drive-In just down the street. Bridge Liquors was located in a frame house, and the open land was just yielding to the sprawl inhabiting it now. Last year, NABC celebrated its 25th birthday, and to be honest, I can't fathom 50.

50 Year Anniversary Celebration

We are celebrating the fantastic 50 years that we have served Southern Indiana. Come join us for a night of fun. There will be music, hors d'oeuvres, bourbon, beer, and wine tastings, and the first 50 customers will receive a t-shirt or beer koozie. Starts at 4 pm and ends at 8 pm.
