Reader sees buried toilets as NAC contemplates "standing" bicentennial metaphors.
C notices that the design for Caesar's Folly (a.k.a., Rent Boy Park) incorporates giant sunken commodes (above). Bluegill sez: "Depending on water flow, they might be bidets." I think the park's architects borrowed the idea from NA Confidential.
