Holy &#*!, Mayor Gahan, you forgot to hire someone to feed the hippo! Run for the Knobs!
since the hippo is primarily a herbivore and eats a lot of green, I would assume this is a metaphor for the outgoing administration since it ate a lot of greenbacks, however with Malysz still on the third floor the hippo hasnt been totally removed from its habitat
