Of bridges, streets, people, and cartoonish ignorance.
As it turns out, nonsense about auto-centric "development" sounds even more like nonsense when uttered by a cartoon character in a striped shirt, even if he is an engineer. Instant classic.
Maybe the hope is the Bridges "Authority" members children will see this and then explain the problem(s) with ORBPs mega-death concrete scheme in ways they would understand?
If I thought for one minute that the Tolling Authority would let me have ten minutes without calling the cops, I'd play this for them next Monday.
