New Albany is a state of mind … but whose? Since 2004, we’ve been observing the contemporary scene in this slowly awakening old river town. If it’s true that a pre-digital stopped clock is right twice a day, when will New Albany learn to tell time?

NA Health blog disappears, and it's probably Obama's fault.
Acting on a reader tip (thanks, P), I just pointed my browser that way, and ...
Blog has been removed Sorry, the blog at nahealth.blogspot.com has been removed. This address is not available for new blogs.
I have not been a regular reader for quite some time. I hope that it is just because Doc is tired of it. Meaning, no "bad" reasons such as health or other woes.
Yesterday's NA Health entry, pre-removal, was so angry and vitriolic that I briefly contemplated cutting and pasting it before deciding that it differed only in tone from a year's worth of like-minded screeds.
Seriously, it sounded like someone red-faced, arm-waving, and about to implode -- something like "now that the liberal menace has succeeded in taking over the nation and we have to head to the hills with our Bibles and tins of beans ... "
I, too, hope it's nothing serious. It points to this larger picture, in that at no time during my eight years of disenchantment with Dubya did I ever melt down like that, and now it's common. Veins popping just isn't healthy.
Since yesterday's post ascribed the term "systematic thievery" to a governmental system that uses tax dollars to support health care and he's taken advantage of several, I asked him to return my money.

ReplyDeleteHopefully he's healthy and just busy counting.
Bluegill and I take credit. You're welcome.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding, of course. Not sure why doc would take down the blog. Who knows.
Never being wrong is a heavy burden.
ReplyDeleteBeing a religious nut-job masquarading as a scientist must have been a heavy burden...
