New Albany is a state of mind … but whose? Since 2004, we’ve been observing the contemporary scene in this slowly awakening old river town. If it’s true that a pre-digital stopped clock is right twice a day, when will New Albany learn to tell time?
As of 3:15 PM yesterday, the last tank was going in the door and being set upright by the collaborative efforts of the very capable/excited Bank Street crew and Padgett's equipment operator.
The last word I heard from Dave as I left the building was that by the end of today (Tuesday) their final resting place in terms of location & spacing will have been determined and the maze of plumbing started.
