New Albany is a state of mind … but whose? Since 2004, we’ve been observing the contemporary scene in this slowly awakening old river town. If it’s true that a pre-digital stopped clock is right twice a day, when will New Albany learn to tell time?

Up where they actually respect you for it?
Hats off to the Hoosier Beer Geek for this link to the Indianapolis Business Journal:
I have been to Brugge Brasserie, and it's good. The frites are the stuff, with about a million sauces for dipping. I spent six years at the Kokomo Tribune. There's not much to do in Kokomo (although there is a brewpub there now), so trips to the Ripple were frequent, including the awesome Broad Ripple Brewpub. It a good day spent walking around, drinking beer and shopping if any of you folks haven't been to Broad Ripple, and it's bisected by the Monon Trail if you want to take your bike.
