Could the Board of Works at least tell us how much Harvest Homecoming cost the city in 2014, or like so much else with City Hall, is it classified information?

Could the Board of Works at least tell us how much Harvest Homecoming cost the city in 2014, or like so much else with City Hall, is it classified information?
