Any day now, we'll be seeing press releases crediting Stemler with doing his best to lessen the toll burden on his fellow Hoosiers, when of course, he was a major source of the bridges and tolling farce in the first place. As Quislings go, Stemler lacks a comprehensive written manifesto ... and no, flashing bank statements doesn't take the place of words and sentences.
