Redevelopment approves placing all eggs in one basket.

It should be safe to say that we're well past the point of utter speechlessness.

Never before has such an expenditure sailed so cleanly through the usual network, and as I've already noted, even those previously disposed to fanatically oppose the  allegedly indisputable notion that quality of life as as defined MUST include water sports have been either silenced or are weirdly dispirited -- maybe both.

Even Professor Erika can do no better than trot out a few old bromides. The lighter fluid used to come out for 100K street improvement suggestions.

Once we were impoverished, now we're Jed Clampett. The only problem in the metaphorical sense is this: Is there REALLY water in our forthcoming cement pond?
