City council and Extreme Belgian tonight; Gravity Head later this week, and more.

As noted previously, tonight’s Extreme Belgian beer dinner at the Bistro New Albany (seats are yet available) will preclude my attendance at the city council meeting. No doubt this will come as a relief to some.

For a preview, visit at-large council candidate Shirley Baird’s Voice of the People blog:

CITY COUNCIL MEETING.

After an uncharacteristically quiet weekend in the New Albany blogosphere, here’s a “timely” reminder from Healthblogger at NA Health:

Change in Daylight Savings.

Gravity Head 2007 kicks off Friday, and those readers who know me understand what I'll be doing the remainder of this week. Don't forget to vote for the 17th starter ... Vote now for the 17th and final Gravity Head starter ... and see the schedule for the festivities: Gravity Head 2007 Schedule: 30 Days of Gravity Madness.

As a final, sad note for those who knew him and may have missed the news at my Potable Curmudgeon blog:

In memoriam: Jim Scott.
