Just one comment will suffice: We have a consensus to support and recommend the passing of the iterim fee ordinance with a minor change on priority of equitably assessing commerical properties an accurate fee asap after the interim fee is adopted.

So now its up to the city council to move forward.
I think the committee mad major progress tonight.
