How will we know that downtown revitalization is succeeding?
- Downtown businessmen don't have to be told that racism is unacceptable.
- Downtown coffee shops have enough business to be open evenings and weekends.
- Main Street furniture warehousers show their windows again.
- There really is a parking problem.
- Two-way traffic returns to downtown streets.

The trick is the obstruction they are playing on the storm water ordinance, the treat is a $25,000 per day fine if we dont get on board and pass this ordinance.
